About the Author

Rick Anderson is a retired commander in the St. Paul (MN) police department and former head of the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force. Currently, Mr. Anderson is a course author for Professional Learning Board, consultant for Fox Valley Technical College and is the training coordinator for the national ICAC-Undercover Investigations course. He is also a team leader for the Quality Review Process for the national ICAC program.
