Parent Learning Board, a service of Professional Learning Board founded by Ellen Paxton, MEd, NBCT delivers research-based, relevant, effective, respectful, cost-effective and timely online courses created by teachers, subject matter experts and parents for parents. In alignment with accomplished teaching practices, PLB constantly assesses and adjusts practices, continually improving products and services. Decisions and changes are driven by listening to, working with and learning from our fellow parents.

Mrs. Paxton is a National Board Certified Teacher by the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. She has more than 15 years experience teaching and learning with students and teachers in K-12 schools.
